Arkansas in August can be HOT…but you and the kids can stay cool at two great water parks located in the Arkansas Delta!
Crenshaw Springs Water Park in White Hall, located at 9801 Dollarway Rd., is a great place to go to cool off and have some fun this summer. With names like Diamondback Dive, Cottonmouth Curse, and Deep Doggie Dive, you know you’re in for some cool water fun! Crenshaw Springs is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. and Sundays from 1-6 p.m. Admission is $12 for ages 13 and older, $10 for ages 4-12, and $10 for senior citizens and active military personnel. The Paragould Community Center and Water Park in Paragould is a great place for kids of all ages. The park features a great variety of slides, fun water features, cooling water “spouts” and a 12-foot diving pool. It’s a spectacular way to cool off during the heat of the summer. The water park is open Monday through Saturday from 12:30 – 5:30 p.m. and from 1-5 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is $5 per person.
